What are, in France, those young companies that want to shake up our ways of recruiting ?

Faster, more satisfying for the candidate and less expensive for the employer, the hiring process becomes more efficient.

Vabble : With Vabble recruitment is no longer based on job offers, but on concrete projects related to the needs of companies. Candidates can thus demonstrate their experience and skills to employers beyond their CV.

Reqrut.net: Startup specialized in digital HR, Reqrut has launched the first recruitment site by skill. Recruitment is becoming affinitive and interactive and sees the abandonment of the classic CV, the digitization of candidates' profiles and the advent of the digital recruitment process.

Talentoday : This site became famous, especially on Facebook, by offering free skills assessment in professional situations.

MonkeyTie : According to Challenges magazine, MonkeyTie would be the "Meetic Affinity" or the "Attractive World" of recruitment. Quite a program! MonkeyTie offers candidates and recruiters alike a system that integrates company culture and personality. 

AssessFirst : Assessfirst is a publisher of HR assessment tools. It offers original recruitment solutions by choosing to break with the tradition of classic tests and offering a 100% web approach.

Coxibiz (Bonus): Absent from the initial ranking of the 30 most innovative French recruitment tech, Coxibiz had every reason to be there! This SaaS platform offers an original solution for recruitment by challenge, where candidates are evaluated on their skills through online situations called "challenges". Working with experts in psychology, recruitment and assessment, Coxibiz has mapped more than fifty positions, and hundreds of key skills and situational challenges. 

 

Specialized Recruiting

talent.io: This tech company offers a recruitment service for developer profiles. The approach is original: each week, a selection of engineers is established by specialists from Talent.io. Then, the pre-selected profiles are distributed to hundreds of companies registered on the recruitment platform.

eWorks : E-Works specializes in digital marketing, e-commerce and e-business profiles. 

#ReviensLéon : The site is named in homage to the famous Panzani ad from the 80s whose slogan "Reviens Léon, j'ai les mêmes à la maison" (Come back Leon, I have the same ones at home) marked a generation. Its objective is to develop the attractiveness and recruitment of French startups among talents with significant international experience.

Edgar People: Founded in 2014 by Olivier Croce and Stéphanie Florentin, Edgar People offers a digital recruitment platform through direct approach. It also offers employer branding consulting, coaching and training.

BimBamJob : Born from the initiative of two young entrepreneurs passionate about employment issues related to human services, BimBamJob connects candidates with degrees in the health and social field with companies looking for these profiles.

Fifty Talents : Reverse recruitment platform, specializing in jobs in shortage, Fifty Talents aims to connect pre-screened candidates with companies.

Webengineering : Based in Paris, this startup markets a BtoB matchmaking platform for engineering consulting players. 

TechTalent : TechtTalent is a very well-designed service, allowing you to calculate the attractiveness of your profile in real time.

MeteoJob : A company active in talent recruitment, MeteoJob offers a matching technology between candidates and job offers.

MobiSkill : MobiSkill is a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of web and mobile profiles. 

Urban Linker (Bonus): Founded in 2009, Urban Linker has established itself as the go-to recruitment firm for French startups (Meetic, BlaBlaCar, Price Minister, Leetchi or even Leboncoin). Specialized in web jobs, this company relies on teams with real expertise in all digital-related jobs. In 2015, it was the first digital recruitment firm to receive the Happy Candidates label.

TalentView : A SaaS tool dedicated to recruiters, TalentView puts video at the center of recruitment. It offers a new experience for each candidate who can present themselves on video and reveal their know-how to facilitate the choice of recruiters.

Seeqle : This company proposes to reinvent applications and simplify the recruitment process by highlighting skills and personality through video.

Seeing : An innovative solution for digital recruiting, Seeing is a SaaS tool that automatically sorts applications to automatically select the best profiles.

Clustree : Clustree is a platform for analyzing data related to professionals' career paths (education, experience, positions held, business sectors, companies, skills, etc.). Subsequently, it allows to analyze them and submit job or career proposals.

CoopTime : Participatory recruiting platform, CoopTime offers a 3-in-1 formula. It combines a job board, a recruiting firm and a social network.

Path Motion : PathMotion publishes a platform that allows, during the recruitment process, to establish a dialogue between candidates and employees.
