Here comes the time for our (long-awaited) top HR tech list! New products, heavy trends, here is in detail our selection of startups that will shape the HR of tomorrow. 

e-learning

Daylindo: Based on the observation that we retain 5 to 10% of the information from our trainings (in passive listening), Daylindo helps to reinforce learning by working on practice and ritualization, in order to improve the ROI of the training.

Sparted: For teams that can't spare long time slots for training and spend time in the field, Sparted has designed a app for microlearning (3 minutes fast!)

Skills board : an employee can be evaluated on each of his or her skills by colleagues, trainers and managers using Skills Board. Artificial intelligence completes the assessment with targeted recommendations
