What is your **employer brand positioning**? What are the [values](https://inbound.lasuperagence.com/blog/useful-content-employer-brand-inbound-recruiting) you want to communicate? Split your posts into three groups: - That which is true and can be easily verified with tangible data - What is true in certain situations - What you wish you could say but can't yet state Once this **segmentation** is done, you will be able to easily notify your readers of the status of your **information** and thus affirm your complete honesty. It will only make you more credible to future employees.
